As Vice President of Technical Services, Katina Little is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Katina began her career with Mom’s Meals in 2019 as Senior Food Safety Manager. She later became Director of Food Safety and Quality, leading efforts to maintain the highest level of quality and food safety within our supply chain, fulfillment, and distribution operations. Katina has nearly 25 years of experience in various FDA and USDA/FSIS inspected facilities within the human food, dietary ingredient/supplement, and animal feed and human food protein markets.
Katina has implemented several Global Quality and Food Safety Standards throughout her careers such as ISO, NSF, Safe Feed/Safe Food, and SQF (Safe Quality Food) and holds several Food Safety certifications such as Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point Certified Manager and training from the International HACCP Alliance; Seafood HACCP from the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO); Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA); and SQF Practitioner from Safe Quality Food. Additionally, Katina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Chemistry from William Penn College and is a member of the American Society of Quality.
